Lease Space with us

Join the respected group of therapists who lease at Pearland Counseling Center and take advantage of our quiet, relaxing location to showcase your unique practice skills. Pearland Counseling Center has available spaces for full or part-time lease and sublease. The leases can range from 3 months to 5 years. The choice is yours. Offices

Where you work matters. We are committed to creating a calm, relaxing environment to support your business success. We are in a quiet neighborhood in an old home specifically remodeled with mental health therapist in mind. In a full-time lease, you furnish your office to fit your professional taste and needs. In a part-time lease, the office is fully furnished because you are sharing the space with other therapists. At Pearland Counseling Center, you can network and build supportive relationships with other tenants, as well as build a referral base.

The common area includes lobby, kitchen and restrooms.

Administrative Support

Administrative support is part of every lease. The administrative team utilizes a standard EHR for billing and scheduling for all therapists leasing at Pearland Counseling Center. The administrative team responsibilities are to set up intake sessions with required paperwork, determine benefits, obtain client payments, post insurance payments, manage client schedule, and manage client communication.

Supplies

All utilities are included in the lease. The internet, fax, and phone system are part of the lease, as well. General office supplies, such as paper and pens, are provided.

Our property is HIPAA compliant.
